    We will make every effort to complete all digitization requests in a timely fashion. However, due to limited staff time and resources, we cannot guarantee rush service. Digitization services for UMW faculty, staff, and students will take priority over external projects.

    The copyright law of the United States (title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction.
